You and/or your team will meet with our design team to discuss and
identify the look and feel you are trying to achieve. This is the perfect time to share your ideas, along with your preferences for colors, textures, countertops, flooring, and appliances. If you are starting from scratch, our team will be happy to help guide you through making these selections during the design process!
The next phase is developing the final design for your project through a series of design meetings. In these meetings, we will cover the millwork layout, door styles, molding selections, wood species, finish colors, accessories, and any other specialty items. Once all areas of the design are approved, All Square Cabinets will provide you with a final contract agreement. Upon signing this final contract, a 50% deposit (minus the design fee) is required, and your project will officially be put into our fabrication schedule at the times discussed by you and the design team.
We know construction is not a perfect science. In any case, your design team will stay in close communication with you and your team to ensure your project stays on schedule. If the schedule begins to change, then we will be flexible to adjust to the circumstances. Once fabrication and finishing are completed, All Square Cabinets will store all your millwork in our air-conditioned facility until it is time for delivery and installation. A key factor in determining this delivery date is ensuring we are delivering your cabinetry and millwork to a climate-controlled environment to ensure all our and your hard work is protected!
An All Square Cabinets representative, along with our Field Supervisor, will oversee the installation
of the cabinetry in your home. This phase entails coordinating with your Contractor and/or Designer
to ensure things such as electrical, plumbing, countertops, flooring, and appliances are in place
and ready for millwork installation. Your installation may occur in several different stages, such as
setting boxes and panels, then returning to install doors, trim, accessories, hardware, and/or special
components such as glass, metal, or appliance panels. It is required that all your hardware be
available at the jobsite to install on the day doors and drawer fronts are scheduled for installation.
Once the majority of your millwork has been installed, our field supervisor will schedule an on-site
meeting to walk through the project and identify any items to be placed on a final punch list. Once all
the items on this list are completed, and both you and the field supervisor sign off, the final invoice
will be delivered, and we will celebrate with you the completion of your new space!
