Paul Johnson
As a USMC Veteran, I have proudly served our country both stateside and overseas for 4 years. I worked diligently for over 24 years in a family-owned business as one of the 3rd generation family members, learning the ins and outs of what makes a business successful. My experience focuses on lean manufacturing, business management, and continuous improvement principles. I’ve been a part of expanding and growing different size businesses from manufacturing, distribution, and retail channels. I am highly proficient in business operating principles, sales, marketing, and executive leadership with small to mid-sized businesses. Today, I am applying all these learned traits to an industry that I am very excited to be a part of.
I love working with people to develop better processes and procedures, as it is continuously evolving. What drives me the most is seeing the clients’ reaction as we hand over a completed project! I am the father of 2 beautiful children and a husband of 20 years to my amazing wife, Kristel. I believe there is nothing more important than family and that is how we operate here at All Square.
Ben Hill
I am the father of one beautiful and extremely talented daughter, and the lucky husband to my stunning wife of 15 years. I spend my free time with my family and always jump on the occasional fishing or camping opportunity. I have been a trim carpenter my whole life, working hard for over 20 years to perfect my skills in this trade. My father and I owned a business together and used these intricate skill sets to build and create beautiful works of art. I was very fortunate to have an opportunity to branch off for 8 years, advancing my knowledge in other roles such as Project Manager and Superintendent for several custom builders in the Tampa Bay Area. I am grateful for these experiences as they have allowed me to grow and fulfill the position I hold today in woodworking and cabinetry. I take great pleasure in sharing this experience with our clients and educating them through the process, allowing them to create their dream home right here in our workshop.
